Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.  (If damaged upon arrival; A picture must be taken immediately and submitted within 48 hours to mattjr@fieldsons.com)

Refunds are issued once the product is inspected.

 

Limited Warranty

DOCK products are engineered for harsh marine-outdoor environments and are backed by a Limited 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation

• Misuse or modification

• Damage from extreme weather events

To file a warranty claim:

• Order number

• Photos

• Description of issue

We may repair, replace, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
